Job Summary:
R3 is seeking an individual to support the management of the Expeditionary Exploitation Unit ONE (EXU-1) Table of Allowance (TOA). The TOA Manager supports the EXU-1 N4 (Supply Department) across the DOTMLPF-P spectrum and is responsible for providing subject matter expertise (SME) for all aspects of TOA management support. This position is full-time 5 days a week at EXU-1. The SME will work with/by/and through N4 Department leadership to implement strategies to meet material requirements, analyze risks, and deploy solutions with respect to matters of significance within the areas identified below.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide support to the EXU-1 in the management of Equipment TOA and Materiel Management Allowance, and as needed coordination with NAVFAC Expeditionary Program Office (NEPO) and Naval Facilities Expeditionary Logistics Center (NFELC) managed programs.
Assist in preparation and submission of required reports delineating EXU-1 Material Management Allowance status and changes.
Provide subject matter expertise and consultation on equipment, tools, and material requirements for EOD operations, training, and deployments.
Provide support, coordination/facilitation, and assistance with command TOA Review Boards.
Provide support, coordinate, and assistance with the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Phase Replacement Process.
Support rapid acquisition processes, and monitor execution to assess requirements fulfillment
Support the identification of material and non-material capability gaps and develop solutions
Provide support, coordinate, and perform inventories of EXU-1 equipment, and support command calibration programs, as required.
Provide assistance to the client in mapping TOA requirements to unit’s mission essential tasks.
Other duties as assigned and/or specified in the contract Performance Work Statement tasks as directed by the R3 Program Manager.
Complete annual training requirements (e.g., Cybersecurity Awareness, Insider Threat Awareness, Counterintelligence Awareness and Security Brief & etc.) required by the COR, client, and R3 to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
Perform duties effectively with minimal supervision
Education and Experience:
Preferred five (5) years US Navy EOD or Diver experience with the described duties.
Desired to have experience working with NSWC IHD Staff, EXU-1, and/or US Navy EOD Mobile Unit Staff.
Bachelor’s or Associates degree desired.
Proficient in Microsoft Windows Office Productivity Products (i.e. Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, and other or similar applications)
Possess strong presentation and facilitation skills, and excellent organization and attention to detail required
Ability to travel CONUS/OCONUS and possess a current U.S. Passport
Must be able to lift -- up to 50 pounds -- to waist level and move materiel up to five feet
Ability to pass pre-employment (and random) drug screens and background investigation.
Ability to travel and flex work schedule as needed.
