*OhioMeansJobs|Cleveland-Cuyahoga County is sourcing for a Full-Time and Part-Time Behavior Therapist/Registered Behavior Technician Part-Time at Health Facility in Independence. *
Type: Variable/Non-Exempt/Hourly
Compensation: Competitive Hourly Wage with opportunities for Growth in Full time Position
Reports to: BCBA and/or BCCompany, Assistant Director and Director
This position is designed for those who practice under the close, ongoing supervision of a BCBA or BCCompany. The RBT is primarily responsible for the direct implementation of behavior-analytic services.
[Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:]{.underline}
- Build transformative relationships with children and families
- Perform direct service using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
- Collect data on program goals and behavior
- Implement behavior modification strategies
- Maintain clean and safe environments for students
- Embody Company Outreach Services mission and core values
- Attend Company Outreach Services mandatory staff meetings and required trainings
- Obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 6 weeks of hire date (Intervention Specialists may have different time frame as agreed upon)
- Maintain and provide documentation of current RBT certification and supervisory hours
- Apply for an Educational Aide Permit through ODE if requested by Company Outreach Services and maintain as needed
