Essential Functions & Primary Duties Set up filing systems for a large number of documents Organize documents by type and category Maintain inventory of materials Enter legal costs by matter into a database Review prior database entries for accuracy Manage files related to legal invoices, subpoenas, settlements, and stock issuances and restrictions for 2023-2024 Assist with other projects as needed Preferred Qualifications Currently studying political science, pre-law, business or a similar program Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and communication skills Interest in the Financial, benefits, and Insurance Industry Minimum Qualifications You must be at least 16 years old (or a work permit, if required) High School Diploma or GED required No experience is required #LI-TL1 #LI-Onsite CBIZ.Jobs Category: University REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION If you are a qualified individual with a disability you may request reasonable accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to use or access this site as a result of your disability.
