Apply automation guidelines to accurately automate precedents into the document automation or document assembly by:

• working with Product Development Managers, Practice Area Editors/Markup Editors, and platform solution providers to ensure documents are loaded into the platform to a high level of customer usability and quality; - providing feedback where editing of the precedent is ambiguous or requires further consideration, ensuring accuracy, authoritativeness, and comprehensiveness of material that meets customer benchmarks; - keeping current with the features and capabilities of the document automation or document assembly platform as it adapts to LexisNexis market needs; - identification, input, and proposal to process improvement for content loading activity and document automation or document assembly platform optimization; - working within process guidelines and standard operating procedures. Ability to make independent recommendations/proposals for process and system improvements.

Apply automation guidelines to accurately automate Forms into the document automation or document assembly by:

• Confirmation of the assigned task in JIRA, Email, or by any means the Notator/Markup Editor uses.- Reviewing the task assigned to ensure that all the input files are presently attached and have clear instructions and the requirements are specified.- Familiarization with the confirmed approach to automation per Area of Law.- Consistently create/develop smart templates according to specifications using document automation or document assembly platform.- Asking queries to the Notator/Markup Editor if there are any markup-related questions - Work in a collaborative environment on developing complex calculations, and condition expressions that forms/precedents may require. Calibration with other template developers for the best solutions to any previous issues or how to speed up any repetitive tasks. - Analyze and independently identify complex custom template requirements.- Ensures that the template has the correct attributes and specifications for accuracy and strictly follows the QA checklist.

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience• Minimum 1 year template automation experience• Strong knowledge of PC based computers, and networks• Extensive experience in using Microsoft Office Suite Products and WordPerfect• Strong knowledge of Windows based operating systems• Working knowledge of HotDocs software• Strong knowledge of OmniForm, Adobe Acrobat, Robohelp and other software products used in template sets• Basic programming knowledge preferred• Basic knowledge of database technology• General knowledge of internet technology
