The Manager of Global Sales Operations - Go to Market (GTM) is responsible for developing and owning the global Center of Excellence (COE) for GTM Sales Channels and New Product Introduction (NPI) Commercial Operations at Tektronix.
As a tried operations leader you’ll be responsible for enabling our go to market channels, driving consistent global processes, as well as building channel structures and strategy for best-in-class GTM channel execution. You’ll also lead NPI Readiness by developing as well as carrying out our commercial NPI deployment plans and help drive innovations in our global commercial operations that build a competitive differentiation for Tektronix.

You will work with our Global Sales Operations teams and closely partner with the Executive Leaders, Regional Sales VPs, Region Sales teams, Product Line Managers, Marketing, Commercial Finance, Service Sales Leaders, IT, Manufacturing Operations, and Legal.

Build, lead, and run the global COE team for GTM Channel and Commercial NPI Operations; Define, recruit, and lead organization, including direct reports.
Lead a matrixed regional organization to ensure accurate administration and deployment of our GTM Channel Operations, commercial NPI launch plans, alignment with senior leaders, and lead all Channel COE/ NPI process related training and communication.
Define, Deploy, and own global support frameworks for regionally optimized channel GTM Processes and Reporting, Governance and Compliance, as well as training requirements.
Business owner for NPI commercialization and Readiness operations to ensure alignment with market needs, business requirements, processes, sales enablement, as well as Reporting and Analytics
Make well-designed, impactful business recommendations/ development of new capabilities aligned with company strategy, gain agreement on path forward, and handle expectations of senior commercial leadership/ key partners.
Cross-functional Partner to business leadership, including Product Line, Marketing, Channel Sales Leaders to develop globally centralized capabilities, drive global efficiencies, and serve as subject matter authority for GTM channel sales programs/ methodologies
Build scalable processes and policies to increase operational efficiencies and develop insightful models, reporting and dashboards.
Build and deliver on operations success metrics and KPIs to improve our organizational effectiveness and capabilities as aligned to commercial strategy.
Collaborate with Tektronix commercial systems and IT organizations to improve the functionality and capabilities of our systems for GTM Channels/ NPI launch planning tools for the best employee and customer experience.

Knowledge of the Test and Measurement and go-to-market programs, sales enablement, and approaches.
Deep experience and knowledge of multiple subject areas; direct/ indirect selling channels, NPI commercialization, new capability building/deployment, change management, product portfolio management, program management, demonstration product planning, capacity planning and operations, logistics.
Consistent track record to develop and implement effective global programs and sales enablement.
Strategic, quantitative, and operational mentality with strong consulting background.
Proven track record to lead cross functional teams and facilitate complex problem-solving processes and/or cross functional projects.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish working relationship success with individuals at varying levels across the organization and customer.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as excellent presentation skills
Capacity to learn quickly and adapt to change. Drives positive organizational change.
Knowledge of compliance with internal policies and controls as well as compliance with external laws and regulatory guidance including SOX.
Continuous improvement approach to identify inefficiencies, design improvement processes, and implement scalable solutions.
Focus on operations with a strong analytical demeanor, systems thinking, and sophisticated problem solving.
Results-oriented, attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple objectives, strong organizational skills with ability to implement proactively.

International commercial GTM channel experience and global program implementation
7+ years of sales operations or revenue operations experience, program management, product portfolio management, commercial GTM channel strategy.
5+ years of responsible leadership experiences in management or supervisory positions.
