As a Travel Agent, your responsibilities will include customizing premium holiday packages and creating cruise itineraries.

Main responsibilities:

• Be the key contact person for managing client inquiries via both e-mails and phone calls, ensuring timely and efficient responses;

• Handle inquiries, reservations, itinerary modifications, and payments with attention to detail and accuracy;

• Provide personalized recommendations based on clients' preferences for destinations, travel dates, and expenses;

• Establish close collaboration with affiliated agencies to act as the main client contact;

• Ensure timely updates on travel arrangements while addressing any questions or concerns as part of the collaboration with affiliated agencies;

• Utilize booking systems and software proficiently to secure holidays and manage clients' travel plans effectively;

• Keep clients informed of any changes to their travel arrangements and promptly address any concerns or issues that may arise to ensure a seamless travel experience.

_The key qualities we’re looking for: _

• Proficiency in both spoken and written Spanish and English languages at a B2 level or higher;

• Communication and customer-service skills;

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications;

• Prior work experience in customer service or a related field (recommended, but not mandatory);

• Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work with others towards common goals;

• Creative problem solver with an out-of-the-box approach;

• Attention to detail.

You will work with the Travel Agent team from our location in Iasi and you will benefit from a 6-week on-site training program which will help you develop the required skills and knowledge to successfully assist our clients.
