Location: Hyderabad, India

At Oracle | NetSuite, we’re seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior UX Designer to join our team in Hyderabad, India. We are looking for an individual who enjoys crafting outstanding user experiences and a proven track record in designing digital products.

Our team’s focus is on our HCM (Human Capital Management) product which provides a suite of capabilities that make HR service delivery easier and more efficient for everyone across the organization.

Your qualifications and skills. [MS1]

  • Online portfolio demonstrating your process and problem-solving ability using Design Thinking (research, problem analysis, personas, empathy mapping, surveys, scenarios, user journeys, task-flows, sketches, wireframes, and prototypes).

  • A commitment to learning and the ongoing development of your skills – and a desire to share your findings with others.

  • A positive and resilient personality. You must be able to embrace feedback and you for continuous iteration and improvement.

  • Experience working in Figma or other similar software.

  • Proficient in English, strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Flexibility to work with geographically distributed teams and willing to travel.

  • Experience working in Agile environments a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Help us solve complex business challenges so our customers can grow their businesses using our range of Cloud products.

  • You will apply critical thinking , design methodologies and creative problem solving to produce design solutions against the ongoing requirements.

  • Leverage and expand upon our design system to ensure consistency across products and platforms.

  • Work with multi-disciplined, cross-functional teams of Product Managers, Engineers, Test Engineers, Designers, Researchers and Writers in a dynamic, agile environment.

  • Produce high-quality UX artifacts that ground the design solution and hand-over comprehensive design solutions.

  • Present design alternatives and effectively communicate design rationales and trade-offs.

  • Demonstrate a passion for iteration and being eager to receive feedback.

  • Coordinate and facilitate collaborative team activities like design sprints, ideation sessions and product discovery workshops.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects of varying timelines, degrees of complexity and scope.

  • Actively advocate for a user-centered culture by continually involving the team in feedback from customers, sharing insights and creating empathy.

  • Contribute to improving our design standards and processes to further improve our design practices.

  • Ensure the delivery of a consistent user experience across the product.

  • Conduct customer and product research through interviews, usability tests and other research methodologies.
