Your Role:

The Family Release Deployment and Maintenance team facilitates the General Availability Family releases and all subsequent monthly releases. As a vital member of our team, you'll dive into a fast-moving program, driving programs that deliver the latest in security and functional updates directly to our customers and partners. Imagine being the backbone that supports zero-downtime updates, empowering users to evolve continuously with our products.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A bright, curious mind with a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in program management, ready to take on larger responsibilities

  • A knack for analytics and a proficient user of excel

  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of leading meetings and presenting ideas clearly

Desirable Extras:

  • ServiceNow application experience a plus

  • Experience with SaaS products

  • PMP & Agile certifications

  • Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma)
