Microsoft Corporation Software Engineer 2 in Hyderabad, India

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical skills in mobile development or in Web development. Having a background or early exposure to experimentation and data science is a plus. If you don’t have that background, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in data driven engineering practice.

Responsibilities

-Design, implement, and deliver features with quality.

-Engineer features with strong attention to performance, robustness, and resource usage.

-Work independently and collaboratively within and across product teams (across global development centres).

-Data driven to keep the quality and reach of the product high.

Qualifications

BS degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent degree

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline

  • 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, React, or equivalent experience.

  • Strong experience iOS development or Android development or Web development is required.

  • Experience in writing tests (unit and UI) 

  • Proven skill in designing large features or a small product.

  • Fast learner with good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Strong in analytical problem solving and good fundamentals in CS.
