Your Role and Responsibilities

Complaint and incident management of allocated area. Ensuring categories incidents and allocate to respective SLA.

Whole and sole responsible for 100% resolution of each and every incident within TAT.

Responsible for daily activities at Store, like foot fall management, ensuring delivery of high quality service to each footfall at store Achieving month on month qualitative sales targets

Ensuring effective inventory management and audit fortnightly to keep a track on inventory movement

Manpower planning at store to ensure streamline operation at store

Effective engagement of manpower to get the optimum utilization of resource Responsible for employee engagement and motivation activities to minimise attrition

Timely reply and action on corporate mails

Ensuring smooth relation with Airtel and Franchisee for hassle free service to store owner

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Customer services with 100% adherence to pre-defined process of Airtel.

100% adherence to store operation & Achieving Sales targets for postpaid, Prepaid, Refills, handsets, Quality scores, Revenue, upselling, Customer Satisfaction, Retention and Profitability.

Timely reporting on daily basis, Stock audit, Commercial & Airtime Payments, MIS Reporting & analysis, Replacement Handset Management.

SPOC of zone for all commercial activities update and training

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :

Customer Services over Counter with accomplishment of Sales targets Affective management & coordination with team and Mentorship for new hired trainees.

MIS creation on daily and weekly basis, Agents Grooming and inventory management.

Required Education Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Education Master's Degree
