Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate storage solutions with various systems and applications
Deliver technical support and guidance to address and resolve storage-related issues
Provides day to day support of the storage infrastructure including storage provisioning, storage reclamation, and zoning activities
Manage ticket queue and provide storage services to address customer’s needs
Review performance health of servers, storage arrays, and SAN switches
Participate in array and SAN switch microcode upgrades
Participate in Storage array and SAN switch PLM activities
Analyze and remediate security vulnerabilities
Maintain detailed documentation of storage configurations, processes, and procedures
Mentor team members
Participate in an on-call rotation

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree
3+ years of experience in a large complex computing environment
2+ years of experience with Brocade DCX SAN Directors and toolsets
2+ years of experience with HPE Primera and Infinidat storage arrays and toolsets
2+ years of experience with Pure storage arrays and toolsets
1+ years of experience in analyzing and optimizing storge performance to resolve technical issues
Experience with managing a Fiber channel and iSCSI SAN
Solid knowledge of storage operational activities (zoning, masking, and mapping)
Solid verbal and written communication skills
