Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate storage solutions with various systems and applications

• Deliver technical support and guidance to address and resolve storage-related issues

• Provides day to day support of the storage infrastructure including storage provisioning, storage reclamation, and zoning activities

• Manage ticket queue and provide storage services to address customer’s needs

• Review performance health of servers, storage arrays, and SAN switches

• Participate in array and SAN switch microcode upgrades

• Participate in Storage array and SAN switch PLM activities

• Analyze and remediate security vulnerabilities

• Maintain detailed documentation of storage configurations, processes, and procedures

• Mentor team members

• Participate in an on-call rotation

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree

• 3+ years of experience in a large complex computing environment

• 2+ years of experience with Brocade DCX SAN Directors and toolsets

• 2+ years of experience with HPE Primera and Infinidat storage arrays and toolsets

• 2+ years of experience with Pure storage arrays and toolsets

• 1+ years of experience in analyzing and optimizing storge performance to resolve technical issues

• Experience with managing a Fiber channel and iSCSI SAN

• Solid knowledge of storage operational activities (zoning, masking, and mapping)

• Solid verbal and written communication skills
