The Demo Services Support team is now looking for an energetic and innovative person who will be responsible for providing ERP Support for our Global Sales teams and Partner Organizations
We are expanding our talented SCM Support Engineering team within Demo Services and are looking for an experienced, energetic and innovative Supply Chain Management (SCM) expert to join our team supporting pre-sales demos globally for Oracle’s SCM Cloud Suite of applications.
Responsibilities
Work with Global Sales teams to ensure that all demos are trouble free providing the best possible user experience.
Specialize in the SCM functional area as part of Demo Services Support team.
Provide first line support for Oracle Sales Teams globally to resolve functional, connectivity and performance issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve Service Requests, create Knowledge articles and solutions.
Work with different stakeholders to understand, improve and document processes.
Participate in and identify key issues during demo release testing, providing feedback and recommendations to content engineering to help improve the quality of the demo content
Expert in troubleshooting Functional and basic Technical application issues, providing innovative solutions to product and demo content gaps.
Work closely with the Demo Engineering teams to ensure demo flow issues are resolved well in advance of the actual demo.
Coordinate and host demo advisory calls providing demo solution advice around setup, configuration and integrations for SCM Cloud demos.
Participate in and identify key issues during demo release testing, providing feedback and recommendations to Demo Engineering to help improve the quality of the demo content.
Excellent Customer Service Orientation, working closely with pre-sales consultants globally to help them design and configure compelling demo solutions.
Pro-active involvement in the global SCM community.
Co-ordinate and host Transfers of Information (TOIs) and identify relevant demo collateral.

Qualifications / Skills :
University degree in either Engineering or MBA in Operations Management from reputed University, Graduates from NITIE ( National Institute of Industrial Engineering)
Excellent knowledge of Supply Chain Management business flows
Good product knowledge of at least two Fusion Products like – Fusion Order Management, Inventory/ Product Hub, Manufacturing, Demand and Supply Planning
Oracle University Certification in any of the above Fusion Products a Plus
Previous experience in Fusion Cloud implementation, Pre-Sales or Support role.
Excellent knowledge of the Fusion SCM data model.
Ability to read and decipher Log and Trace files to help determine root cause.
Good SQL/PLSQL knowledge for reading queries in Analyzing the Problems.
Consulting experience in implementing Fusion Supply Chain Management Products is preferred.
English Advanced proficiency and fluency ( including writing) are mandatory
Advanced Analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
This job does not involve any travel.
