Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 8 years of experience in SAP Implementations, including Master Data Governance (MDG) on S/4 HANA.

• Experience in SAP ABAP.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience integrating custom built solutions with vendor product offerings, and integration with supply chain applications.

• Experience in working with web-scale databases and building scalable data models.

• Experience in cloud technologies and microservice/API based designs and integrations.

• Experience in implementing latest technologies with business solutions and Industry 4.0 practices.

You listen to and translate Googler needs into high-level technical specifications, design and develop recommended systems and consult with Google executives to ensure smooth implementation. With your technical expertise, you build business applications and influence the design of features that improve the reliability of our applications and systems. You also define the scope of technical projects and oversee execution.

As an Application Engineer, you will design, build, and operate integrations and application programming interfaces (APIs) services in Google’s development environment along with applications and services from third-party vendors in Google. You will collaborate with users, business partners, software vendors, and other Engineering teams to increase the speed, reliability, and value of our systems.

• Design data models for the business domain. Implement resource oriented web services for both read and write operations.

• Drive the technical and architecture strategy from concept to delivery. Execute and finish tasks towards a goal with minimal assistance.

• Implement unit tests, integration tests, and performance tests. Deploy services on Google infrastructure. Maintain and support all services built by the team.

• Observe and translate Google needs into high-level technical specifications, design and develop recommended systems, and consult with Google executives to ensure smooth implementation.

• Manage the SAP team's projects and integrations related to SAP.
