Primary Responsibilities:
Test source data extraction, Business transformation logic and target table loading. writing
Analyze and dissect system requirements and technical specifications to create and execute Master Test Plan and end to end test cases along with Defect Management
Establish and maintain test cases and test data
Create and maintain test cases in Rally/use of Automation Framework/feature files along with Defect management and resolution
Actively participate in walk-through, inspection, review and user group meetings for quality assurance
Work with business users, system analysts, designers and programmers to create and analyze various required project documents
Participate in production implementation verification and being accountable for validating system quality
Plan, document, evaluate and track testing results to ensure system applications are free from defects
Communicate and interact with appropriate areas on problems, changes and enhancements that may impact data, workflow and /or functionality within Information Technology software
Comply with standards of the software development life cycle and follow strategies, plans and procedures within information Technology software
Comply with standards and strategies of the software development life cycle
Candidate will be able to communicate the process to both business and IT leadership
Study and analyze software specifications documents to develop test scenarios
Create test cases and test data in support of test plans
Understands issues & problems and takes initiative to resolve
Acquire knowledge in business domain and application workflow
Be able to Learn new technologies
Maintains a healthy relationship in team between onshore and offshore
Help in Knowledge Transition by knowledge sharing sessions. Need to do the documentation of Application functionalities during the Knowledge Transition period

Required Qualifications:
Experience in Data Analysis, Data Validation, Data Cleansing and Data Verification
Experience in understanding business requirements, functional specifications
Solid knowledge on Health Care System
Knowledge of using Java Automation framework
Knowledge of creating feature files and automated execution
Ability to write test cases and execute testing for functional test and integration test. Along with Defect management and resolution
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience
Automation testing, System Testing, Functional Testing, Backend testing knowledge
Working knowledge of Rally
Solid knowledge in selenium tool
Knowledge of Test Optimization techniques
Understanding of SDLC & STLC, Testing Methodologies, Test Case Development, Defect Reporting & Tracking
Proven ability to carry a positive attitude and a good team player
Ability to own a Project and is involved in End to End testing
