Google Policy Enforcement Team Lead, YouTube Partner Program in Hyderabad, India
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, business strategy, or related fields.
1 year of experience in people management, leading a team.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree or PhD.
Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation, visualization/dashboards, or scripting/programming language (e.g., Python).
Experience in working with Engineering and Product teams to create tools, solutions, or automation to improve user safety.
Experience in working with Policy teams.
Experience in machine learning.
Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. On this team, you're a big-picture thinker and strategic team-player with a passion for doing what’s right. You work globally and cross-functionally with Google engineers and product managers to identify and fight abuse and fraud cases at Google speed - with urgency. Generate ideas for policy changes to improve quality and reduce operational burden.
Manage and shape relationships with Product and Engineering teams to increase detection, sophistication, and enforcement efficiency.
Liaise with policy, Public Relations, Legal and Partnerships teams to craft and implement process solutions to emerging threats and improve creator education.
Lead a team of global, diverse experts.
