Role Objective:
HIM SPOC will look through the patient's medical chart and check if all the necessary medical documents of the patient related to his/her treatment are there and are complete in its entirety.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To work with medical terminologies, EMRs, and different patient/chart types.
Should analyze the outstanding credit balance for their respective clients and work on the refunds.
Need to prepare the refund packages for the clients.
Flexible to work with rotational shift/night shift
