Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) is a program we offer our sellers to outsource their order fulfillment to Amazon. The FBA Learning and Development (L&D) team empowers and enables our employees who support this program. We execute our learning and development strategy for new hires and existing associates, including leadership. We ensure our employees have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellence daily.
We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to join our team and support a positive FBA Support Operations employee experience. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating various projects and initiatives to improve the employee experience. Your focus is to ensure managers and associates receive information that helps them to grow and succeed in their role. You will directly support the platform we use to deliver updates, team events, and learning opportunities to FBA Support Operations employees globally. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate ownership, willingness to dive deep, and maintain focus on delivering results. You will be responsible for planning, executing, managing, and measuring employee experience projects that align with our business objectives. You will be a steward of the employee experience, and help deliver as we strive to be Earth’s Best Employer.
Key job responsibilities
Manage projects from inception to completion, including small, medium, and large-scale projects across the Support Operations business
Develop detailed project plans and schedules, identify resources needed, and assign responsibilities
Continuously monitor project progress, track milestones and deliverables, and ensure timelines and budgets are met
Proactively identify and resolve issues, including escalations when obstacles or blockers arise - Assist with employee research initiatives that help us identify pain points and opportunities to improve our products and strategies
Dive deep into engagement data to surface trends, opportunities, and successes
Write status report documents for internal and leadership review of current projects and strategic priorities

Basic Qualifications
2+ years of program or project management experience
Demonstrated ability to communicate information clearly
Excellent proficiency in English
Experience working with a globally distributed team to achieve shared objectives
Excellent communication, strong organizational skills and detail oriented
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in program or project management
Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
Ability to influence stakeholders across geographies
Experience in driving employee engagement initiatives
