Specialist, Sales Administration, & Operations

Job Description:

Sage is seeking a Billing Specialist that will be part of the North America Sales Administration and Operations team and is responsible for ensuring that all customer billing is completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• In charge of processing of all billing for the Intacct product line in North America

• Ensure customer billing is accurate and processed within SLAs

• Process credits and order adjustments accurately and within SLAs

• Build relationships with internal departments and teams to provide a customer focused service for billing needs and all related inquiries

• Provide input into working processes being documented, standardized, modified in a controlled manner, waste eliminated while making processes more streamlined and efficient

• Alignment to Order to Cash/Billing strategy including input into the future direction of the departments

• Cover for other Billing Coordinators as required

• Participate in departmental/companywide projects as required

Skills, know-how and experience:

• 2 years Bill Processing experience, preferably in a technology environment.

• Preferred billing experience, preferably in a technology environment.

• Experience in a service orientated culture including management of SLAs

• Thorough understanding of end-to-end billing process

• Experience using Salesforce CRM, Intacct, and proficient in Excel

• Experience managing complex accounts and relationships.
