About Sage Network
The Sage Network Platform is the first of its kind in accounting software. Most financial teams are stuck in a world of manual emails, phone calls, PDFs, and hand entries. Imagine a solution where teams could automate and synchronize financial transactions and processes between businesses, even if they aren't using Sage accounting software. The Sage Network automates tasks like sending invoices and waiting for payments, connecting all users into one seamless system, whether they use Sage software or not. It's a game-changer in the world of connected accounting, enabling smooth transactions with customers, suppliers, banks, and other stakeholders, revolutionizing the overall efficiency of accounting processes.

Innovative Tools & Collaboration: Work with Figma and collaborate with the Sage AI Engineering Team, leveraging AI and machine learning to enhance user experience.
Empowered Team: Join a team of 5 Product Designers, 2 UX Researchers, 1 Product Content Writer, and your Product Design Manager who are all empowered by the Director and VP to do what they do best and are highly invested in their development and success.
Key Responsibilities:
What will you be involved in?
Keeping learners at the forefront of all that we do, you’ll assist with the testing and the development of content to help our valued customers and partners learn how to effectively use Sage Intacct core financials. From videos to eLearning training, your content will empower users to gain the most value from Sage Intacct.
You’ll use your communication skills and on-the-job training to assist with the development of learning content. Providing succinct learning at the time of need helps our customers and partners realize the most value from Sage Intacct
What are we looking for?
You’ll need to be a recent graduate, ideally in a related subject. We’re open to the background you come from, but the following skills and experience will help you thrive.
• You’re known for being an effective communicator who can clearly articulate design decisions and rationales, with a ‘show early and often’ mentality.
• You deeply value working with others to achieve a common goal
• You believe in being kind and having fun at work.
• You can provide examples of how you’ve collaborated with researchers, built user flows, early wireframing concepts, and prototyping. (in your studies or work experience) We’d love to see examples of this on your resume!
• Experience in a product design role would be advantageous, but full training will be provided.
This role will be based from our Ponce City office and is hybrid, so you will be in the office 2-3 days per week.

If successful at video interview stage, you will be invited to attend an assessment centre at the end of October.
