The Bilingual Dental Assistant will perform the following tasks:
- Confirm patient appointments.
- Confirm patient contact information.
- Verify patient insurance.
- Preparing patient charts for the next business day.
- Verify all patient demographic and medical forms are complete
- Patient scheduling
- Completing all necessary communications to patients.
- Verify patient billing and collect any co-pays, co-insurances, or deposits from the patient.
- Complete any needed patient insurance pre-authorizations.
- Schedule 6-month recall appointments.
- Finalizing and confirming the accuracy of billing with practice leadership prior to processing billing.
- Ensuring all patients have a positive experience through kindness, empathy, and compassion.
