Jimmy John's Person In Charge (Shift Manager) - Mainly Nights/Weekends in Hutchinson, Minnesota

A Person in Charge (PIC)/Shift Manager and is on our Management track and helps oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager. The Assistant Manager/PIC plays a major role in ensuring the store is ins exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently.
Person In Charge (PIC) must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. As a PIC your attitude needs to be enthusiastic, friendly, and positive. A PIC would be in line to move up to further Management roles if interested.
Full-time PIC's and Assistant Managers are offered benefits, paid vacation, retirement funding, bonus pool potential, free food and more! Signing Bonus available; paid in increments 90 days, 6 months, or 1 year based on required criteria including meeting attendance.
Requirements:
Ability to work a 40 hours+ a week
At least 18 years of age
Execute all elements of service in the restaurant
Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store
Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision
Willing to offer opinions and recommendations towards the store and employees
Knowledge of the complete menu and ability to pass a menu test within the first 4 weeks
Reliable mode of transportation to be able to make all Scheduled shifts
Flexibility in Scheduling with on call and weekend/holiday availability
