A Customer Sales & Service Associate will identify the needs of residential customers and provide solutions and support for our customer s diverse needs. This position will convert leads into sales opportunities while creating customer awareness of the benefits and all products and services we have to offer. Key responsibilities of the role include: Provide call center services, receive inbound calls, and conduct outbound calling campaigns. Provide customer care for walk-in traffic and retail sales. Proactive sales to our residential customers. Administrative duties following the sales of products and/or services.
