Seeking Building Cleaners for work in the Crosslanes and Hurricane areas. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Utilize the client's customized cleaning speck book to perform all task to the standards established, including, but not limited to: Empty trash cans and recyclables Wipe down walls and woodwork, doors, wall hangings, baseboards, etc. Dust furniture, equipment, partitions, walls, etc. Sweep, mop, and/or vacuum using brooms, mops, steam cleaners and vacuum cleaners. Replenish supplies in restrooms, break rooms and kitchen. Clean and disinfect sinks, counter tops, floors, toilets, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves, etc. in restrooms, break rooms and/or kitchenettes. ** Must Arrive to work (clients location) at scheduled time, perform services to established standards and ensure the client's facility is locked and secured when you finish and leave. Skills and Competencies Detail oriented-pays attention to details at each customer's location. Friendly and Professional- able to deal with customers when they are on-site while cleaning is being performed. Team player- ability to work within a team where members depend on each other to get work done. Travel to/from customer businesses is required.
