Lockheed Martin Quality Control Analyst - CV-22 Tilt-Rotor Systems Maintenance in Hurlburt Field, Florida

Description: Sustain project Quality Plan/Monthly reports/trend analysis. Conduct process/product/special/additive maintenance/tool and FOD audits. Perform Key Task Listing (KTL) inspections. Inspect electrical, avionics, hydraulic, power plant, flight control, pneumatic, fuels, emergency systems, structural / repairs on sub-assemblies / major assemblies on all aircraft and in back shops tasks. Monitor / screen aircraft maintenance (AFTO 781 series) forms documentation entries and Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS) for accuracy and completeness. Impoundment/FCF/Debrief Functions. Flight line maintenance/launch/recovery operations surveillance. Customer and QAE interface. Quality Control Verifications (QCV). Safety of flight inspections for Red X conditions s documentation. Performs in-process inspections. Investigate aircraft incidents/lost tools. Generate/follow up CAR/CAPA. Technical Assistance Request (TAR)/Local Engineering Assist (LEAR). Coordinate/Validate local manufactured parts/tooling. Review USAF Policy/Tech Data changes/alpha page inspections. Validate/process QAE Performance Assessment reports. Pre-closure inspection. Process improvement/Configuration management initiatives. Research/complete Air Force form 22 changes for Tech Data. Support NQA certification/Validation visit. Support AS9100 audits and Government Flight Representative Visit.

Basic Qualifications:

Technical Engineering degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience (preferred candidates will have a Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering degree).

Experience in the aviation community (preferred candidate will have three (3) years of CV-22 military experience)

Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Advance understanding of Quality principles in the Aerospace industry

Be experienced in techniques to drive Corrective and Preventive actions

Have AS9100 Auditing experience

Experience with solving complex problems associated with the quality of products and in Quality Management processes that optimize program execution while driving out risk.

Experience working with Government customers and DCMA/USAF QAE (Quality Assurance Evaluator) entities

Three (3) years’ experience as Quality Control Analyst, Engineer or Inspector.

Familiar with Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS).

Interpret engineering drawings, customer specifications, and use test measurement and calibrated tools.

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively with company management and customers, regarding quality issues and concerns.

Understand Microsoft Office applications to include Email, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as a minimum.

Willing to work any shift and weekends as required.

Desired Skills:

Experience as a team lead and innovator

Previously CV-22 All System Red X Qualified, CV-22 Aircraft Weight and Balance Certified, CV-22 Impoundment Official, and CV-22 Exceptional/Conditional Release Qualified.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
