Boeing seeks a Methods Analyst to join the PAC-3 Program located in Huntsville, Alabama.

Main objective is drive business facing projects that support the development and future of the program.

Position Responsibilities :

  • Analyze current and future business environment and develop forecast, acquisition, and utilization plans to optimize resources in support of company initiatives and program business plans.

  • Develop labor hour estimates for new or revised production and tooling work packages by using labor standards, tool and production design drawing reviews, and Tool and Production Operations concurrence to support program business plans.

  • Implements improvements to processes by analyzing as is processes and using established improvement methodologies to increase the efficiency of equipment and personnel and to support company improvement initiatives.

  • Analyze changes to approved plans due to unforeseen events.

  • Assesses the impact of the changes that occur to cost, schedule, resources, and delivery.

  • Develop modifications to existing plans and obtain approval for plan changes.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain integrated shop operating plans to improve the efficiency of personnel and equipment and to reduce inventory and meet cost and schedule commitments. Provide status updates.

  • Develop and support shop performance metrics by analyzing data in order to recommend plan of action for Production and Tooling Management.

This position is fully onsite. You will be work in Huntsville, AL.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start and final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) :

  • 3+ years working in production environments.

  • Experience in the areas of developmental test, automotive or aerospace engineering.

Typical Education & Experience :

Mid-Level (Level 3)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Lead (Level 4)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Mid-Level (Level 3) Summary pay range: 75,050 – 106,950

Lead (Level 4) Summary pay range: 93,500 – 126,500
