Summary
Join our team on CISS and provide your support as an Environmental Clerk. This position is located on-site in Huntsville, AL.
This position is contingent upon award
Responsibilities
Collect recyclable materials.
Manage the placement of collection containers and track inventory.
Inspect above-ground tanks on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Assist with initial emergency response to spills, leaks, or releases.
Inspect areas for compliance with environmental regulations.
Manage new container and supply inventories.
Manage hazardous materials inventory.
Collect, manage, package, and recycle mercury-containing lamps/ fluorescent lamps by EPA policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Forklift trained and certified.
Ability to obtain and maintain a TS clearance.
A minimum of one-year of related experience.
Certified in HAZWOPER 40.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Active TS clearance preferred.
