Description: An Engineering Deputy/IPT TPM job in Huntsville, AL is currently available at Belcan. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Engineering/Manufacturing Schedule Integrator. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving initiatives that enhance Engine Design to improve product quality, compliance, and facilitate safe rate/build increases. The successful candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders across program management, design, and operations, and will be responsible for developing and implementing proactive schedules and tools to facilitate NC and Corrective Action driving Engineering for release.

Job Duties:

Status Reporting-

· Provide continuous Engine Assembly build completion status.

· Generate status reports/charts/presentation material as required for executive level briefings.

· Execution to the established build schedule.

· Utilizing the tools provided, the individual will communicate any escalations timely such that their scope of work's schedule is not impacted.

  • Parts burndown list management

o Work with all stakeholders to ensure hardware processing is in-line with build schedule requirements.

  • Eliminate Schedule blockers

o Coordinate Non-Compliance (NC) dispositions and burndown with respective parties.

o Ensure any needed planning changes are executed and released in time to avoid schedule impacts.

o Proactively review part delivery schedules, identify any part shortages and engage appropriate stakeholders to resolve to avoid schedule impacts.

  • Identify components that are behind schedule. Collaborate with teams to develop recovery plans and communicate to all stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.

· Proven experience in Engineering Corrective Action, Manufacturing engineering, Project management, and Leadership roles within a highly regulated industry.

· Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to successful completion.

· Experience with risk assessment and ROI analysis.

· Creo View and Windchill experience

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

· Understanding of Rocket Engine subsystems and their integration into the manufacturing process.

· Knowledge of Quality Processes (NDI, Blue Light, X-Ray, CMM,ETC)

We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $104,000 to $145,000. Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
