The Assistant Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, focusing on subcontractor and client billing processes, including AIA invoicing and maintaining financial records using QuickBooks and Procore.

What You'll Do: Financial Documentation & Invoicing: Handle daily bookkeeping tasks, prepare AIA invoices, and maintain accurate financial records. Software Proficiency: Utilize QuickBooks for general accounting purposes and Procore for construction management-specific tasks. Client & Subcontractor Relations: Communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate billing and payment processes. Detail-Oriented Tasks: Focus on the details and accuracy of financial data, from entry to reconciliation. Reporting & Compliance: Assist in the preparation of financial reports and ensure compliance with financial regulations. What Youll Need:

A degree in Accounting is preferred but not required. Experience with AIA invoicing and familiarity with construction accounting. Proficient in QuickBooks; experience with Procore is a plus. Excellent communication skills to maintain effective subcontractor and client relationships. Highly detail-oriented with a knack for precision. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
