Amerock’s Associate Channel Marketing Manager for Digital is responsible for owning the consumer shopping experience across Amerock products listed on key retailer’s e-commerce platforms including Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Wayfair. The Associate Channel Marketing Manager will own product content and asset management, as well as work cross-functionally with channel and brand marketing to identify and create new and engaging content with the goal of delivering a best-in-class consumer shopping experience. This role will seek to deliver increased discoverability and improved conversion with regular analysis of KPIs. Additionally, the Associate Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for item setup and play a key role in the digital commercialization of new product launches.

Job Responsibilities

  • Find opportunities to improve and expand upon content and asset library, working with brand marketing to bring to market

  • Serve as the subject matter authority for all catalog management related tasks for assigned retailers

  • Own new item setup across key digital customers, ensuring data accuracy and optimizing discoverability

  • Participate in the digital commercialization of new product launches by providing brand marketing with clear requirements and project management for asset development

  • Conduct site audits and quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and optimal user experience across existing online catalog

  • Ensure online content and its presentation is consistent with brand guidelines and is optimized for online viewing, usability, and search engine optimization

  • Apply SEO knowledge to optimize content across each retailer to improve products and the brand’s organic site ranking and presence in search engines

  • Lead rich content strategy with brand marketing and be responsible for upload

  • Work with Senior Channel Manager to develop marketing strategies across key digital customers including paid advertising and performance marketing placements

  • Lead paid media relationships and programs across key digital customers including monthly budget allocation, optimization, and report outs with manager

  • Lead Brand Advocate relationships including analysis of KPIs and identifying and working through key revenue-driving projects

  • Strengthen relationships with external customers including merchants, category managers and brand advocates

  • Own promo submissions and maintain tracker so that manager and finance stay up to date

  • Manage Bazaarvoice and customer-specific review programs

  • Implement and maintain omnichannel merchandising including ‘in-store’ initiatives across omnichannel customers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields

  • Must have 2+ years eComm experience supporting customers such as Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Wayfair

  • Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

  • Strong data manipulation skills using various tools

  • Good balance of creative attitude coupled with analytical mentality

  • Fundamental understanding of SEO and standard methodologies to drive discoverability

  • Strong attention to detail to prevent order and product communication mistakes

  • Optimally manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, while meeting deadlines

  • Highly motivated with strong initiative and a direct approach to accomplishing goals

  • Ability to be flexible and adaptive to internal and external process changes, delays, and unexpected events

Pay Range:

$4,124.70 - $9,075.00

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
