Work schedule: full-time with flexible working hours

Profile: College graduated (any major).

We are looking for someone with the ability to help us build collaborative and mutually-beneficial relationships with others while performing a role in our Sales team.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing sales strategies within their assigned area to achieve the company’s sales objectives. This role involves overseeing the sales team and collaborating with other departments to ensure exceptional customer service and effective execution of sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute the sales strategies defined by senior management, adapting them to local market needs.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement, adjusting tactics as necessary to meet targets.

  • Client Relationships: Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and effective workflows.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a management or supervisory role.

  • Skills:

  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.

  • Results-oriented with strong organizational skills
