Experienced Administrative Assistant

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning has openings for an Experienced Administrative Assistant.

Qualified candidates will be friendly, team-oriented, and have the following skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Warehouse Experience required

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with a heavy emphasis on Excel

  • Ability to respond to and resolve administrative inquiries

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to think analytically

  • Ability to collaborate with the managerial staff of various departments

  • Flexible and adaptable in various situations and when interacting with many different personalities

  • Ability to work independently and reliably

  • Ability to maintain confidential information

  • Three to five years of experience in an administrative role

    These additional skills are not required but are beneficial

  • The ability to communicate in Spanish

  • Accounting experience

  • HVAC and/or plumbing knowledge
