Experienced Administrative Assistant
Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning has openings for an Experienced Administrative Assistant.
Qualified candidates will be friendly, team-oriented, and have the following skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Warehouse Experience required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with a heavy emphasis on Excel
Ability to respond to and resolve administrative inquiries
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to think analytically
Ability to collaborate with the managerial staff of various departments
Flexible and adaptable in various situations and when interacting with many different personalities
Ability to work independently and reliably
Ability to maintain confidential information
Three to five years of experience in an administrative role
These additional skills are not required but are beneficial
The ability to communicate in Spanish
Accounting experience
HVAC and/or plumbing knowledge
