Responsibilites:
规范钣金、焊接车间现场生产工艺及作业流程，及时编制更新 SOP ；
培训一线作业人员，提升员工多技能及岗位操作技能；
认真协同质量部门做好质量管控工作，持续提升车间产品质量；
通过 ECRS 手法，推动车间生产提效、成本节约工作，降低制造成本；
对接研发部门新品开发工作，确定量产工艺路线及 SOP 编制、培训；
协助车间主任做好现场管理工作，定置定位，推行 5S 标准化
Requirements:
大专及以上学历；
三年以上钣金加工、焊接相关工作经验；
有门窗或定制产品行业经验优先；
有较强的管理和沟通协调能力；
责任心和事业心强，目标导向，服务生产意识强；
熟悉掌握精益生产相关知识。
