Insight Global Transit/Railway Client Services Leader in Houston, Texas
Job Description
The Client Services Leader will develop new business and maintain high-value relationships with key districts and divisions of DART and other local/regional clients. They will develop and manage client teams, including project managers, technical specialists, national leaders, and junior staff, to create strategic capture plans, proposals, presentations, and other business development efforts. They will serve as a key member of the strategy team to promote growth in Texas and support other West US growth initiatives and act as a technical or project lead on significant projects as needed.

Skills and Requirements
Experience in transit and railway engineering business development and project management
Experience assisting with the proposal process and presenting to Texas Transit agencies like DART
Strong experience meeting and working with Texas transit and railway agencies
Project management experience on transit and railway related construction projects PE (Professional Engineering License)
Transit/ Railway Construction related certifications null
