Description

We are searching for a Systems Administrator to join our team . The role entails supporting both on-premises and cloud infrastructure, managing windows infrastructure, and facilitating the transition of our operations to the cloud. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Azure, Windows Azure, MS SCOM - System Center Ops Manager, and System Center Operations Manager (SCOM).

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.

• Proven IT Systems Administration experience with expertise in troubleshooting Windows Server environments.

• Experience with Microsoft infrastructure technologies such as Azure AD, Office 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and System Centre.

• Strong experience with Infrastructure architecture & management (Azure and AWS).

• Proficient in scripting languages such as Powershell, Python, Bash, etc.

• Experience with virtual server environments — including VMware and Hyper-V cluster deployments.

• Solid understanding of Linux (Riva, Redhat, Ubuntu) servers.

• Knowledge of information security policies and technical standards.

• Familiarity with networking protocols and components (TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP/POP3, Routers, Firewalls).

• Strong communication skills and the ability to document accurate and detailed procedures for system builds and application installations.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

• Ability to work in flexible shifts, including on-call rotation.

Desirable: • Certifications like Azure Administrator, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or VMware Certified Professional (VCP).

• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with SOX compliance protocols.

• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps principles.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure and Windows Azure

• Experience with MS SCOM - System Center Ops Manager, and System Center Operations Manager (SCOM)

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner

• Excellent understanding of system infrastructure and network configurations

• Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and ensure information security

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure

• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Relevant certifications and qualifications will be considered a plus

• Availability to work flexible hours and on-call as needed.
