As a Senior Lead Cybersecurity Architect at JPMorgan Chase within the Cybersecurity and Technology Controls division, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the security architecture of our organization. This position offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects, develop innovative solutions, and contribute to the overall cybersecurity strategy. Job responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and cultivates skills for immediate team of architects on daily tasks and activities.

  • Sets overall guidance and expectations for team output, practices, and collaboration.

  • Anticipates dependencies with other teams to deliver products and applications in line with business requirements.

  • Manages stakeholder relationships and the team's work in accordance with compliance standards, service level agreements, and business requirements.

  • Champions the firm's culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect, and prioritizes diverse representation.

  • Define the technical target state of the product architecture and design and drives achievement of the strategy.

  • Deliver threat modeling to identify vulnerabilities in product design and provide control recommendations to mitigate those risks.

  • Identify security risks and emerging threats associated with the product as well as any dependencies.

  • Brief stakeholders on key security risks and emerging threats associated with the product, technology stack, and customer base.

  • Leads evaluation sessions with external vendors, acquisition, and internal teams to drive outcomes-oriented probing of cybersecurity designs, technical approaches for integration with existing systems and cybersecurity architecture.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Formal training or certification on architectural security patterns and/or frameworks concepts and 5+ years applied experience.

  • Experience leading and running technical teams of architects and/or engineers.

  • Experience leading the developing architectural security patterns and/or frameworks, particularly involving SaaS and/or SSPM solutions.

  • Experience defining and documenting security architecture for SaaS Security Posture Management solutions, including the security controls, policies, roles, and responsibilities.

  • Experience conducting security assessments and reviews of SaaS and/or SSPM solutions to identify and remediate security gaps or risks.

  • Experience producing threat models as it relates toenterprise collaboration products.

  • Proficient in automation and continuous delivery methods required for the role.

  • Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Advanced knowledge of software architecture, applications, and technical processes with considerable in-depth knowledgeas it relates to Employee Platforms technologies preferred for the role.

  • Excellent command of Cybersecurity organization practices, operations risk management processes, principles, architectural requirements, threats and vulnerabilities preferred for the role.

  • Experience coordinating and collaborating across teams, as well as the SaaS vendor, to ensure the successful onboarding and deployment of SSPM solution.

  • Development of Proof of Concepts to validate patterns/frameworks.
