Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive, growth-oriented Recruiter / Recruiting Coordinator to help us build and scale our talent acquisition function during an exciting period of organizational growth and transformation. This hybrid role will be instrumental in establishing and refining recruiting processes, driving candidate engagement, and partnering closely with hiring leaders to meet dynamic workforce needs.

Job Duties:

· Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments, from sourcing through onboarding.

· Partner with hiring managers to forecast talent needs, develop job descriptions, and execute hiring strategies.

· Create and manage job postings, outreach campaigns, and sourcing pipelines using job boards, referrals, and LinkedIn.

· Conduct candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and guide stakeholders through the selection process.

· Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives throughout sourcing and hiring.

· Ensure an exceptional candidate experience with timely, professional communication at every stage.

· Monitor recruiting metrics, maintain documentation, and provide regular hiring progress reports.

· Ensure compliance with employment laws and hiring standards.

· Continuously improve recruiting workflows, tools, and processes to support company growth and scalability.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered required

· Three to five years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, with exposure to multiple job families and locations required

· Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Paylocity, Workable) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter required

· Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on stakeholder partnership and candidate experience required

· Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment required

· Passion for continuous learning and contributing to organizational growth required

· Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background screenings required

· Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift 25 lbs or more for extended periods required

· Commitment to upholding core company values required

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with Paylocity and Workable preferred
