Insight Global Quorum Application Support Specialist in Houston, Texas
Job Description
A natural gas and utilities provider is seeking a Quorum Application Support Specialist to join their Applications team in the Downtown, Houston TX area. This person will be providing day to day support and maintenance for Quorum modules including: Gas Marketing Maintenance, myQ Gas Pipeline Maintenance, Contract Management Maintenance, and QQM Maintenance. In addition, they might also be responsible for providing support for up to 30 Enterprise applications including but not limited to: PowerApps, legal apps, homegrown applications, etc.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience supporting Quorum applications specific to the utilities/gas transportation space
Experience maintaining and providing break-fix support for Quorum modules such as: Gas Marketing Maintenance, QPTM, Contract Management Maintenance, and QQM Maintenance
Ability to work with end users / internal stakeholders to gather requirements and troubleshoot application issues
Ability to provide basic support for other Enterprise applications as needed null
