Honeywell Principle Account Manager in Houston, Texas
We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of Principal Account Manager on at least 3-year secondment basis. The secondment is expected to begin on June 19th, 2025, and will run through June 19th, 2028, with the possibility of returning to your position upon completion, in accordance with company guidelines.
Lead all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our Battery electrolyte organization. You will build relationships and understand customer business objectives / needs in order to provide appropriate products or solutions. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers and utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the assigned territory, identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Manage existing accounts, identify and establish new accounts, and regularly communicate with primary contacts.
Negotiate and close sales opportunities.
Articulate and deliver Value Proposition to attract and convert potential customers.
Manage Momentum Through the Sales Cycle.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
Cross region collaboration with other sales representatives to provide support and coordinate sales efforts across territories.
This position is offered as a secondment opportunity. Candidate must obtain the necessary approval from their current manager prior to applying.
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 7 years of experience sales experience with increasing responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in business related field
US work rights (citizenship, visa, etc.) required
Excellent (proficient) English language; Korean and/or Japanese valued

Ability and willingness to travel within the assigned territory, along with ability to host customer visits to company sites in Tennessee / Houston.
