ARAMARK Patient Services Director II in Houston, Texas

Job Description

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a Patient Services Director to join their team within the Houston Methodist Health System in Houston, TX . This role will be responsible for the Patient Experience Program across the health system. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, will guide and manage Aramark's healthcare patient focused programs.

Job Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Leadership : Lead, mentor, engage and develop teams to maximize their contributions, including recruiting, assessing, training, coaching, and managing performance. Ensure food services appropriately connects to the Executional Framework. Consistently utilize the GROW Coaching model. Reward and recognize employees. Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations.

  • Client Relationship : Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships. Deliver and model WEST as the foundation for delivering excellent customer service. Identify client needs and effectively communicate operational progress.

  • Compliance : Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees. Comply with all applicable policies, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to those relating to safety, health, wages, and hours.

  • Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in planning and executing consistent patient communications and strategies and serve as a nutrition/patient resource across the multi-site component or highly complex healthcare facility.

  • Create and manage a network of thought leaders to support patient services issues and strategies across the multi-site component.

  • Complies with ARAMARK and client reporting requirements.

Qualifications

  • Requires five plus years experience in food service/patient services healthcare environment and five years plus in a management role.

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience

  • Healthcare experience highly preferred
