Are you looking for a part-time opportunity specifically on weekends? Turn your weekends into additional income! We are seeking a Master Electrician to perform electrical testing and inspections at Ft. Cavazos, TX. Initially, you will inspect 23 facilities, with the possibility of additional inspections based on your availability.
We offer generous hourly rate, per diem, accommodation and transportation!
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct electrical testing, inspections, and troubleshooting of facility and equipment electrical systems.
Ensure strict compliance with temporary building codes, electrical regulations, and manufacturer installation guidelines.
Maintain proper bonding, grounding, and electrical distribution system integrity for operational safety.
Resolve conflicting regulations by adhering to the most stringent standards (NEC, DOD, UFC, OSHA).
Maintain and submit test readings, findings, and required contractor forms for client review.
Provide all necessary tools and equipment for electrical testing and remain on-call for new installations or modifications.
Qualifications to be successful in the role:
Licensed Master Electrician with extensive experience in electrical testing, inspections, and compliance for military and industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of NEC 2023, OSHA, Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), and DOD regulations, ensuring all electrical systems meet the most stringent requirements.
