Wolters Kluwer United States Inc. seeks IT Data Warehouse Analyst III in Houston, TX.

• Provide day to day management of Public Records data operations and resolve issues arising from public records data loading processes.
• Incorporate data quality methodologies into the process to measure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Participate in data architecture, design, and development of data integration processes.
• Provide consistent and coordinated communication throughout the development and integration lifecycle; leading, mentoring, and inspiring the team to meet project budget, schedule, and scope.
• Contribute to the development of applications working closely with the Product teams, take a hands-on approach for projects, and provide guidance to other team members.
• Establish, track, and monitor metrics pertaining to Public Records data loading processes, and data accuracy and currency.

Requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related, plus 5 years of experience.

Requires any amount of experience with all of the following:

• Data management experience with Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and its business value
• Designing and implementing enterprise data warehouse using Oracle and ETL tools including Informatica.
• Database and SQL development skills including data analysis and performance tuning in an Oracle or MS SQL environment.
• Data quality concepts including setting up and measuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Complex data modelling, ETL design, and using large databases in a business environment.
• Medium to large scale projects with formal software development life cycle using SCRUM and Agile
• Architecture and design patterns and re-usability concepts

Telecommuting Permitted.

$133,900 - $166,700 per year.
