Insight Global Inspection Coordinator in Houston, Texas

Job Description

Our client is seeking an Inspection Coordinator to join their team in Houston, TX. The Inspection Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing inspection activities and ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory and operational standards. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining inspection schedules and coordinating with offshore teams, inspection contractors and third-party service providers to plan and execute inspection activities. The Inspection Coordinator will track inspection progress, monitor and track inspection-related expenses, and maintain organized documentation related to inspection plans, reports, certifications, and contractor performance. They will provide regular status updates and detailed reports to management, highlight key findings and potential delays, and act as the central point of contact for all inspection-related communication.

Skills and Requirements

10+ years of experience in inspection coordination in offshore oil and gas processing facilities

Experience with topside facilities inspection coordination

Strong understanding of offshore inspection processes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Proficiency in data management, progress tracking, and cost control

Effective communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and external contractors Familiarity with inspection management software and tools

Relevant technical or engineering qualification null
