HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruiting:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Conduct interviews, facilitate hiring decisions, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Payroll Management:
Process payroll for both exempt and non-exempt employees accurately and on time.
Maintain compliance with all payroll regulations and company policies.
Experience with Paylocity is a plus!
General HR Functions:
Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, compliance, and policy administration.
Assist with benefits administration and performance management processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity.
What You Bring:
· 3+ years of experience in an HR role.
· 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for various roles.
· 2+ years of experience processing payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees.
· Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance standards.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment is a plus!
What’s in it for you:
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 (depending on experience)
Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
