We are offering an exciting opportunity in the service industry in Houston, Texas, 77002, United States. The role is for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager who will be instrumental in managing and overseeing key financial functions within our organization.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitating and coordinating the annual budgeting process and other business unit budgets.
• Utilizing Accounting Software Systems and Adaptive Insights for efficient capital management.
• Employing CRM and EPM tools for smooth operations of accounting functions.
• Playing a pivotal role in shaping financial strategies through the analysis of 3M accounting data.
• Implementing and refining budget processes to meet the needs of the organization.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and generating insightful financial reports.
• Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data.
• Conducting financial analysis with a focus on profitability, efficiency, and growth.
• Collaborating with the team to understand revenue and cost drivers and defining appropriate reports for tracking.
• Assisting with special projects and providing strategic financial insights and recommendations.
Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the service industry, preferably in a financial planning and analysis role.
• Proficiency in using 3M for various financial operations.
• Extensive experience with Accounting Software Systems is required.
• Familiarity with Adaptive Insights for financial planning and analytics.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a must.
• Knowledge and understanding of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems.
• Demonstrable ability to handle various accounting functions.
• Experience in managing annual budget processes.
• Ability to work closely with various business units for financial planning.
• Strong experience in capital management is crucial.
