We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management including coordination efforts between IT teams, facilities teams, and vendors.
- Support platforms for Microsoft Teams Rooms designed with Logitech, Lenovo, QSC, and Crestron technologies.
- Support audio processing platforms such as Biamp, QSC, Shure, and Sennheiser.
- Building relationships with the business to work with users on ways to improve their efficiencies in their conference room experience.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 8 years of relevant IT experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding and experience designing, implementing, and supporting A/V systems in conference rooms, large meetings spaces, and executive rooms.
- Strong understanding and experiencing implementing and supporting Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and Microsoft Teams displays.
- Manage 3rd party service providers to ensure effective delivery of conference room installations.
- Strong project management skills utilizing both Agile and waterfall methods.
- Build and maintain relationships with customer support teams. Provide ongoing updates and training.
- Act as an escalation point for complex A/V and conferencing issues.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
Desired Qualifications:
- Industry certifications such as CTS, CTS-I or CTS-D.
- Experience with implementing and supporting digital signage and hoteling solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft 365.
