Job Description Summary

Presence by Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Experience Presence Coordinator to deliver marketing and events at East River in Houston. Presence is a community experience platform designed to support property management teams and building communities with a consistent, personalized experience through engaging events and programming on-site, building app support, and marketing strategy. The team is made up of on-site Presence Experience Managers and Coordinators and a centralized platform team to support with operational excellence, training, and data management.

This role is on-site and requires partnership with the property team and vendors to execute strategic programming plans to meet client goals through multiple marketing media, including: advertising strategy, SEO, public relations teams collaboration, social media, newsletter campaigns, events and activations, art programming, property tenant support, website management, leasing support, and graphic design.

This position reports to the Presence Program Manager. To be successful in this role, a candidate must be comfortable with marketing, social media, event planning, data and reporting, and working directly with both the community and internal teams and retail partners. This role will require some after-hours and weekend work for event support and execution.

East River is a redevelopment of the former KBR campus in the Historic Fifth Ward. Job Description

Essential Job Duties:

  • Responsible for the tenant communications strategy and execution

  • Responsible for leasing tour experience, welcome gifts, and onboarding

  • Responsible for retail tenant marketing support to drive sales through social media, in-store promotions, and other marketing media

  • Responsible for the creation / content and the distribution of the tenant newsletter

  • Responsible for monthly reporting to measure success of campaigns and programs

  • Responsible for maintaining content on the tenant engagement technology application and driving value and engagement through meaningful content

  • Responsible for leveraging all available tools to drive engagement (e.g., signage,monitors, digital boards, building app, newsletters)

  • Responsible for engaging and collaborating with the centralized Presence by Cushman & Wakefield platform

  • Responsible for public art projects executed by or in partnership with artists and art programming agencies (murals, sculptures, community art projects)

  • Responsible for implementation and continuous reinforcement of hospitality training for on-site team and security staff

  • Responsible for maintaining appropriate vendor relationships required for event and programming execution onsite

  • In addition to the above duties, this individual will be responsible for all day-to-day duties of the experience coordinator role which may include but is not limited to,Curate and deliver tailored strategic programming to activate asset spaces and drive tenant engagement, wellness, and connection across the campus.Responsible for creation and management of ongoing calendar of events at the property.Oversight and coordination of reservations and bookings of amenities, conferencing, or collaborative space.Assist property manager on creating annual tenant engagement budget, schedule, and KPI tracking.Is consistently available as a point of contact for tenants and visitors to communicate with and problem solve as necessary
