Job Title: REMOTE Electromechanical Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Electromechanical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing packaging of drawing releases, including CCTC management, PMP processing, drawing problem report initiation, and oversight of drawing development and release schedules. You will also be involved in researching, designing, developing, and testing a variety of electromechanical equipment and systems, including circuitry components, analog and digital computers, and control test equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform packaging of drawing releases, including CCTC management and PMP processing.

  • Initiate drawing problem reports and oversee drawing development and release schedules.

  • Research, design, develop, and test electromechanical equipment and systems.

  • Produce electrical engineering drawings using Creo Parametric and/or Zuken applications.

  • Conduct manufacturing and final assembly of Electrical Ground Support Equipment.

  • Perform electrical ground support equipment troubleshooting.

  • Develop electrical design documentation, including operations and maintenance of hardware equipment.

  • Perform rack tip analysis and hardware component calibration.

  • Ensure adherence to electrical design standards such as EMS200.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with electrical ground support.

  • Proficiency in Creo Parametric and/or Zuken applications.

  • Familiarity with Electrical Ground Support Equipment designs.

  • Experience in basic rack assembly.

  • Knowledge of FFMEA, ground power, and battery emulation systems.

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical ground support equipment.

  • Understanding of electrical design standards such as EMS200.

  • Experience with Windchill (EPDM).

  • Electrical drawing checking experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in developing electrical design documentation.

  • Ability to work in a collaborative team-based environment.

  • Strong design skills in electromechanical, electrical, and mechanical systems.

  • Experience with rack tip analysis.

  • Hardware component calibration experience.

Work Environment

You will be working in a collaborative team-based environment. The role involves the use of various technologies and equipment, including electrical ground support equipment, Creo Parametric, Zuken applications, and Windchill (EPDM). The work requires adherence to electrical design standards and involves the manufacturing and final assembly of equipment, as well as troubleshooting and calibration tasks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $75.00/hr.
