Digital Execution Manager

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.

KBR is looking for a Digital Execution Manager , to be responsible for the technical Implementation of the Americas Global Digital Strategy.

Reporting to the Program Director, the ideal candidate will have a strong digital background, excellent digital knowledge and skills, and a proven track record in delivering digital change programs.

Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

The Digital Technical leader will be responsible for technical development and implementation of the digital strategy that contains Cost and Value synergy initiatives.

  • Lead a high-performing dedicated technical/digital team consisting of an implementation team in and digital subject matter experts thought KBR global offices

  • Collaborates with the STS business management to ensure digital needs are understood and met

  • Is the “translator” between the business and IT

  • Coordinates with IT, specifying and forecasting the required IT capabilities and capacities

  • Identifying emerging technologies and trends and evaluate any value impact to the digital strategy

  • Evaluate any digital tools and review value to the STS Digital delivery, make recommendations for vendor selection or changes as necessary

  • Evaluate any digital vendor performance and make recommendations for vendor selection or changes as necessary

  • Lead the input to the selection of various technology domains, including systems, software, networks, and security

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

  • Technical leadership

  • Experience in leading roll out of digital products, solutions and services in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience of implementing and delivering to an agile working methodology, breaking the project into phases, ensuring continuous collaboration and improvement with the teams following a cycle of planning, executing, and evaluating

  • Schedule and cost delivery focus

  • Change management

  • Using data driven analytics to measure progress

  • Strong technical knowledge across various technology domains, including systems, software, networks, and security.

  • Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in the technology field

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proven experience in technology management, with a minimum of 15 years in a leadership role.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
