ITWGB is seeking a Digital Content Intern and will play a critical role in creating A+ digital assets for the ITW and defined Amazon Account portfolio ensuring all ITW products on Amazon have best-in-class images, descriptions, videos and other content. This position will work remote from home office.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with segment market research.
Support new product launch in market.
Support in improving product listings by enhancing copy, SEO, images, and A+ Content to boost visibility and sales.
Work on new launches by helping with internal approvals, NIS (New Item Setup), and post-launch tasks to speed up product availability on Amazon.
Create and organize digital content for Amazon listings, ensuring images, videos, and descriptions meet brand and platform standards.
Review product pages regularly to spot errors, content gaps, or variation issues and suggest improvements.
Assist in running A/B tests on titles, images, and content order to see what works best and help build an optimization playbook.
Collaborate with internal brand leaders to help streamline asset requests and take part in weekly team meetings and monthly presentations to keep projects on-track.

Identifying market opportunities.
Marketing material creation.
Amazon listing optimization using SEO, A+ Content, and high-quality digital assets while understanding product positioning and value proposition for different customer segments.
The process of launching new products on Amazon, including product line rationalization and using external market data to support content decisions.
Content performance analysis, marketing opportunities identification, and execute A/B tests to improve product visibility and conversion.
Marketing material creation and support for campaign rollouts to enhance brand presence on Amazon.
Qualifications
Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Marketing experience a plus but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Curiosity to learn and drive to excel.

Compensation Information:
We offer a fair and competitive wage for this internship and the hourly range for this role is $20.50-$21.75/hour.
