We are looking for a driven and curious Assistant Project Manager, to support our Aviation design team on multiple programs and airports in Texas.

As a key member of our Texas Aviation team, you’ll provide the day-to-day Management of project controls, accounting, invoicing, subcontracts and be responsible for cost and schedule monitoring, analysis, forecasting, and reporting. You’ll manage overall program cost controls and reporting function for multiple airport clients.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • At least 5 years of project cost controls, scheduling experience is a plus (Primavera 6 or Microsoft Projects)* Experience working on various projects to include coordinating and executing project issues.* Specific experience in cost engineering functions, including staffing plans, cost control, invoicing, change management and cost analysis * Experience in project controls, commercial operations, with emphasis on project controls and financial issues * Experience in Oracle PMIS software is a plusIdeally, here’s what you’ll also have: * Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or Civil Engineering * Aviation project related experience* Experience on large multi-million dollar programs
